Iseng buat keto garlic bread.
Enak lho.

Bahan : 
1 cup shredded mozzarella (=225g)
1/2 cup almond flour ( = 64g) (aku pake kethobetic flour – bread)
2 tbsp cream cheese (=27,2g)
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch kosher salt
1 large egg
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp grated Parmesan (aku pake grated feta 😜)

Carbut :
1. Preheat oven 400 F
2. Di bowl tahan panas, campur mozarela, almond flour, cream cheese, garlic powder, kosher salt dan baking powder, microwave selama 1 menit.
3. Masukkan egg, campur sampai rata.
4. Di bowl ke 2 campur butter yg melted, parsley, minced garlic & parmesan.
5 adonan di bentuk bulat, dipipihkan di ketas parchment, lalu di oles campuran bowl ke 2.
6. Panggang selama 15 sd 17 menit until golden brown (aku 15 menit)

Oh ya makannya dicocol pake marinara katanya lebih enak.
Kalo aku di oles butter aja udah happy 😜
