Lamb chops sweet & sour glaze

Bahan:
Daging domba
1/4 gelas balsamic vinegar
2 siung bawang putih
1/2 sdt oregano
1/2 sdt basil
1/2 sdt thyme
1 sdm honey ( IH)
Him salt
Black pepper
Butter

Cara:
1. Lumuri daging dgn himsalt dan black pepper, diamkan selama 1 jam.
2. Cairkan butter, masukkan daging ke frypan masak smp golden brown abt 3 mnts.
3. Panaskan oven dgn suhu 205°c selama 5 mnts. Turunkan suhu 140°c lalu masukkan daging selama 10 mnts.
4. Cairkan mentega masukkan bawang putih tumis smp harum. Masukkan balsamic vinegar, honey, oregano, basil, thyme, himsalt dan black pepper masak smp agak kental. Lalu masukkan daging sekitar 2 mnt. Lalu disajikan
