Vanilla Strawberry spongecake recipe

Dry ingredients

2 cups almond flour
4 cups vanilla whey protein powder
Half cup coconut flour
A pinch of salt
3 tsp baking powder

Mix well

Wet ingredients

5 eggs
3 tbsp plain green yogurt
1 cup melted butter
Vanilla extract
2 cups keto sugar
10 drops of monk fruit liquid/stevia
2 tbsp double cream
1 cup almond milk
Just a bit of water

Mix well together with a whisk

Combine both dry and wet ingredients.

Divide batter equally into 3 to make 3 layered cake.

Put in baking tins. Bake for 20 mins in 180°C pre heated oven. Let them cool before you decorate the cake.

Buttercream frosting recipe

150 g butter
1/2 cup double cream
2 cups keto powdered sugar
2 tubs of Philadelphia soft cheese.

Mix these ingredients together until smooth. It might take awhile.

Strawberry icing recipe

Fresh strawberries (liquidised)

Keto powdered/confectionery sugar

A dash of lemon juic e

Strawberry extract

Mix well together.
