Siapa nih yang dilema ingin makan cake tapi alergi gluten, ga bisa pake sembarang tepung keto maupun alergi kacang-kacangan ga bisa pake tepung almond?
Cake ini bisa jadi alternative karena bahan dasarnya dari putih telur / meringue. Untuk topping saya pakai whipping cream ditambah raspberry dan fillingnya pake home made sugar free strawberry jam. Toppingnya bisa disesuaikan selera dan kebutuhan macro masing-masing ya ?

Resep Keto Pavlova

Meringue:
2 large egg white
1/2 tsp cream of tartar (lemon juice/apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp erythritol/lakanto/stevia (optional)
1/4 tsp xantham gum (optional)
1/4 vanilla extract (optional)

Bake for 90 mins in 120 °C (it depends on your oven) until crispy.

Toppings:
Home made sugar free keto strawberry jam
Whipped cream
Raspberry or any kind of fruit with low sugar and carb

Sugar free whipped cream:
– heavy cream
– cream of tartar/lemon juice/apple cider
– xantham gum (optional)
– lakanto/erythritol/stevia (optional)
– vanilla extract

Sugar free keto strawberry jam:
– strawberry
– lakanto/erythritol/stevia (optional)
– xantham gum (optional)
– gelatin (optional)
