Waffles buat lunchies 🍽😋

Resep

Bahan
• 2 telor yg besar
• 1 sdm air (aku pake 1.5sdm ghee)
• 2 oz cream cheese, potong kotak2
• 2/3 cup almond flour
• 1 sdt baking powder
• 2 sdt vanilla extract
• 1/2 sdt cinnamon
• 1/2 sdt sweetener (aku pake 1sdm)
• butter and syrup (sugar free syrup for low carb option)

Cara
– masukkan semua bahan ke blender, telor and cream cheese dulu biar ndak lengket. Baru tambahin semua bahan.
– blender sampe smooth and rata
– panasin wajan (pancake) or waffle maker (waffle)
– tuang 3-4sdm di wajan or waffle maker ( aku pake sendok sayur 1,5)
– tunggu sampe ada bubbles baru di balik (pancake)
– masak sampe kekuningan.
– sajikan pake sirup pancake yg Keto friendly or buat sendiri.

Note > 
utk yg savory aku pake beef bacon. Tumis beef bacon, simpan fatnya.
Ganti vanilla, sweetener and cinnamon pake > garlic powder, merica n garam, dan fat dari bacon.

Bisa ditambahin keju parut juga klo mau.

Saus > butter + water + vanilla + sweetener
