1 cup tep wijen
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
5 sdm psyllium husk powder
2sdt cuka apel
1 sdt baking powder (single)
1 sdt baking soda
3 putel
1 cup air mendidih
Campur semua bahan kering, aduk rata, masukan cuka apel dan putel, aduk rata lalu masukan air mendidih dikit2 aduk rata. Pulung2 jd Bun 7-8 buah siapkan oven 180°C. Panggang 45-50 menit.
